"Grey = Gay" ― The Holy Elmo[source]

Lord Elmo is the god of Elmo-ism, the only true religion.[]
One day, Lord Elmo came down from heaven to bless his disciples, and help them convert greys to Elmo-ism. Together, they converted every grey to Elmo-ism. However, the Cookie Monster came to this world and hypnotised the greys into following his devil-like ways. Elmo and his disciples weren't happy with this, and soon a battle between Elmo and the Cookie monster occurred. After weeks of intense battling, Elmo finally beheaded the dreaded beast. But the greys were still hypnotised and there was no way to change them back to their once good ways. And so a massacre of greys was conducted by the followers of Elmo, after he spoke the sacred words, "Grey=Gay". And so, many greys were murdered, however some still patrol the spawn region, trying to spread the devils word. To this day, Elmo followers still frequently will murder greys with no mercy.
While assisting in slaying many greys Elmo said many now famous quotes, including:

"We must only reside to violence when it (grey) refuses your help"

Elmo then left, back to heaven, and his disciples re-named themselves to The Elmo Union, and built shrines round the world, worshipping him and killing and grey spotted dismissing the lord.
The Holy Elmo Bible[]
The Elmo Bible is a 15 page long ingame book describing the tale of The Holy Elmo. It was written by Mrska999 and converted to a word document by Nucami. The members of the Holy Elmo Union give out free bibles to any white who asks. Currently the original copy of the bible is in the hands of mrska999
Holy Elmo Shrines[]
The Holy Elmo Shrine Located in The Temple
The biggest Holy Elmo shrine is located in "The Temple",the main base of the Elmo Union.
There were also two shrines at The Varden's old base (Ellesmera)
There are also alot of shrines along the Overworld Highway Corporation's highways.
Elmo shrines can be build by anyone, anywhere. It doesnt even have to have the same colours as long as it resembles Elmo.
Religious Conflicts[]
The Elmoists have been known to slay greys in the name of their belief aswell as other religious groups. They have griefed the temple of Jake and killed numerous members of The Grey.
